Terms and Conditions

• 本公司出售之培育鑽石均有國際專業機構成品證書。

• Lab Grown Diamonds sold by our Company are certified by international professional agency.

• 請保留此正本發票、成品證畫和專業鑽石證書(如適用)。如日後貨品需售後服務,顧客須攜同此正本文件、成品證書、專業鑽石證書(如適用)及貨品到本公司辦理。如未能出示文件，本公司有權不受理該服務。

• Please keep this original invoice, product certificate and/or professional diamond certificate ("Original Documents"). For any future after-sale services, customer must bring along the Original Documents together with the product to our Company. Our Company reserve the right to provide the services in the event of failure to present the Original Documents.

換貨及7折回購條款及細則如下:

Conditions and Policies on Merchandise Exchange and Discounted Buyback as follows:

• 本公司所有鑽石類產品均享有7折回購服務

• All diamond products sold by our Company are eligible for 30 percent discounted buyback service

• 回購時請出示此正本、成品證書及鑽石證害(如適用)

• Please present the Original Documents for discounted buyback service.

• 回購服務中的回購價格以貨品之最終成交價的70%。

• The buyback price will be 70% of the final purchase price

• 如辦理回購手續時,顧客須簽有關二聲明書及其他文件(如需要)作為公司記錄

• In processing the buyback transactions, customer needs to sign the related declarations and/or other documents (where our Company considers necessary) for company's record.

• 退回本公司之貨品或回購貨品必須經本公司鑑定及證實為本公司之貨品時,才可享有換貨及7折回購之服務。

• All returned or buyback merchandises must be subjected to our Company's examination and validation for the merchandise exchange or buyback.

• 如使用公司活動的優惠卷,須扣除相同等值後之價格為最終成交價

• If the merchandises were bought with any discount coupons, relevant adjustment to the original purchase price will be made on the amount of discount used in previous transaction in calculation of the buyback price for the merchandise exchange or buyback.

• 本公司 << 換貨及7折回購條款及細則>>並不構成任何承諾、保證回購或換貨,對已售出之貨品提供回購或換貨有絕對的決定權,並有權在無須解釋下拒絕提供相關服務。本公司有權對其內容不時做出修訂及保留最終解釋權。如有任何爭議,本公司擁有最後決定權

• The Conditions and Policies on Merchandise Exchange and Discounted Buyback set out herein do not constitute anypromise, guarantee buyback or exchange, and our Company reserves all its rights to make any amendment, adjustment and/or modifications whatsoever to the content and interpretation of the content. The Company reserve the right to refuse any buyback and/or exchange without the provision of the explanations whatsoever. In the event of dispute, our Company has the absolute right on the final decision on the merchandise exchange or buyback services.
